Your Board of Directors are pleased to announce the Annual Summer BBQ of 2022 will be held on Saturday, September 24th! The event will be held from 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM at the greenbelt area behind the clubhouse.

Palamedes; Pandora; Orangetip; Peacock; and the connecting Butterfly portion (only the highlighted portions shown on the map for September 1st).

WORK IS ANTICIPATED TO START PROMPTLY AT 7:00 AM. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR TRASH CONTAINERS ARE OFF THE STREET AND/OR COMMON AREA PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING. ANY VEHICLE FOUND PARKED ON THE ASPHALT DURING THIS TIME WILL BE TOWED WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS’ EXPENSE.

The last phase of the gas project will begin on 4/12 and will end on 4/16. Please note, you cannot leave your vehicle on the street and will not have access to your driveway from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A map will be posted on each units door and e-mailed out to the community.

Heritage Regency Center will be trimming their trees along Butterfly closest to Culver from the community entrance to the tennis courts. This area will be a no-parking zone from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday, November 9th through Friday November 13th.

Any vehicles that are left their could be towed at the owners expense and/or sustain damage from the tree trimming, at which the owner of the vehicle would be responsible for the damages.

Per SoCalGas, the completion date for the underground pipe replacement project has been moved from October 31st to end of November. An e-mail blast has been sent to the community as well.
