Spring Fling
Due to the recent events involving COVID-19, the Association has postponed the Spring Fling event until further notice. We will be sending out communications to the entire community once received.
February Painting Updates
The painting project is well underway. Twenty units have been completed as of February 6, 2020. Due to the weather delays, Premier Painting is approximately 5 weeks behind schedule.
We recommend that all homeowners verify their color scheme on the Painting Page located at http://irvinegroves.com/painting-scheme-list/.
January Painting Update
The painting project has finally kicked off following several weather delays. The first units have been completed on Butterfly as you enter the community to the left.
We highly recommend that residents verify that their color scheme is correct on the Painting tab.
At this time, we are running approximately four weeks behind schedule and with the rain projected the week of the 13th, we may fall back further. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Management at (949) 450-0202.
Painting Project – Update
Due to the fires in October and November and the rains at the end of November and beginning of December, the painting project has been postponed until December 16th.
While the start of the project was pushed to December 16th, the deadline for changes to the color scheme will not change. We recommend that all residents check and verify that the color scheme is correct on the website.
Community Painting Project
The Association will begin the community wide painting project on November 25th. The project is expected to last six (6) to nine (9) months. On page two (2) is the schedule by unit or street. If you see that your street is listed without addresses, that means the date listed is the estimated start date for the units in that street. The Association will not be accepting requests to change the estimated start date.
Three (3) to five (5) days prior to the start of your building painting, you will receive a notice on your front door from Premier Painting of the confirmed start date. Please note, the start dates are estimates as weather could cause significant delays.
Prior to the start of the painting of your unit, make sure the following is done within the timeline provided.
- At least 14 days prior to your estimated start date, make sure that Management has the correct color scheme for your unit by referencing the color scheme list in the clubhouse windows or on the Association website at . Changes will be locked 14 days prior to your estimated start date. No exceptions.
- At least 14 days prior to your estimated start date, make sure that all termite work and wood replacement work is completed.
- At least 7 days prior to your estimated start date, make sure that all items are removed from the exterior walls.
- At least 5 days prior to your estimated start date, make sure that all personal items, including furniture, foliage and potted plates is at least four (4) feet away from the exterior walls and trellis’s.
If the painting company must remove any items from the exterior walls or move personal property to be able to paint, they will not be responsible for any damage caused to it and will be charging the Association to move it, which would be billed back to the owner/resident.
We recommend that all owners verify that their color scheme are listed correctly on the Color Scheme List located in the clubhouse window and on the Association’s website at http://irvinegroves.com/painting-scheme-list/.
