The Board of Directors is continuing to monitoring the reopening of the pool areas and tennis courts. As soon as the pool and tennis courts are reopened, we will be posting it at the pools, tennis courts and on the website.

During this time, we encourage all homeowners to follow the State and County Guidelines.

As a result of the Shelter in Home order from Gov. Newsom, the Association has had to close the pool areas, tennis courts and clubhouse. Until the Shelter in Home order is lifted, residents are not permitted to use these amentities.

This includes any clubhouse rentals through the end of April.

The Association is monitoring the orders from the state and local health officials and plan to reopen these areas as soon as possible.

Due to the recent events involving COVID-19, the Association has postponed the Spring Fling event until further notice. We will be sending out communications to the entire community once received.

The painting project is well underway. Twenty units have been completed as of February 6, 2020. Due to the weather delays, Premier Painting is approximately 5 weeks behind schedule.

We recommend that all homeowners verify their color scheme on the Painting Page located at https://irvinegroves.com/painting-scheme-list/.

The painting project has finally kicked off following several weather delays. The first units have been completed on Butterfly as you enter the community to the left.

We highly recommend that residents verify that their color scheme is correct on the Painting tab.
