Irvine Groves – Pet Reminders
| Please be reminded of the Associations pet rules to help keep the community clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of your home, including in common areas and along the greenbelt. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of residents, guests, and other pets. Additionally, pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Leaving pet waste behind creates an unsanitary environment and can negatively impact both neighbors and the Associations landscaping crews. If you notice pet waste in the community, please be a good steward and help by picking it up if you are able. Working together helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the neighborhood. Thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part to keep our community a great place to live. |
Irvine Groves – Tree Trimming
| Dear Irvine Groves Residents, Please be aware that tree trimming throughout the Community is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 29, 2025. Work will start at the front entrance and the crew will work towards the back of the Community over the course of 4-5 weeks. Further, signs will be posted at least 24 hours in advance in each impacted area as the crew moves through the Community. Please do be careful to observe all posted signage and be mindful of temporary access restrictions over the course of the annual tree trimming project. Thank you for your attention and cooperation as the tree maintenance begins. |

Irvine Groves – Bulky Item Disposal Event
| Dear Residents, We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming Bulky Item Disposal service that the Association has arranged for the community. The service will commence at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, and conclude at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025. This is a great opportunity to dispose of your bulky items in a safe and convenient way. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our community. Irvine Groves – January 2025
| Dear Residents, As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the safety and enjoyment of the community for everyone, we kindly remind all pet owners to: – Keep pets on a leash at all times when in public areas, including the green belt. This ensures the safety of your pets and others around you. – Clean up after your pets. We are fortunate to have a beautiful green belt, and it is each resident’s responsibility to maintain its cleanliness. Dog waste bags are provided throughout the green belt for your convenience, and we ask that you use them to dispose of waste properly. In addition, we’d like to inform you of recent coyote activity in the area. Coyotes are capable of scaling 8-foot walls/fences and are most active during the night and early morning hours. Please keep a close eye on your pets, especially during these times, to ensure their safety. It is great to see so many dogs in the community and appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping Irvine Groves a clean and safe environment for all. Thank you for your attention and care! |
